For riders who want to take on the build themselves, the AC1 Frame Kit gives you the same custom-tailored frame as our complete builds.

  • Frame tailoring: Each frame is built to your size and riding style

  • Categories available: Trail, Enduro, or Downhill base platforms

  • Wheel setups:

    • Trail: Full 29" only (460mm chainstays)

    • Enduro: Full 29" (460mm) or MX (445 / 455mm chainstays)

    • Downhill: Full 29" (460mm) or MX (445 / 455mm chainstays), with optional single-speed belt setup

  • Includes: Frame, shock, Cane Creek Hellbender 70 headset, and consultation to finalize geometry

  • Bearings & pivots: Enduro bearings in all pivots, IGUS bushings in seat stay pivots

  • Lead time: Usually 10–16 weeks, consistently improving as we grow
