Trail AC1 – More Details

The Trail AC1 is our most versatile build. Each frame is tailored to your body and riding style, giving you the fit and feel of a one-off custom bike.

  • Wheel setup: Full 29" or MX (29” front, 27.5” rear) wheels

  • Travel options: 160mm rear, 160-170mm front

  • Drivetrain: Compatible with gearbox only, and chain or belt drive systems for minimal maintenance and maximum durability

  • Customization: Work with us to create custom geometry and choose components during your consultation; we’ll guide you toward a build that matches your riding goals

  • Lead time: Typically 10–16 weeks, often faster as our process improves

Trail AC1 – Tech Specs

  • Shock size: 230x57.5mm

  • Headset: ZS44 upper / IS52 lower, frames ship with silver Cane Creek Hellbender 70 headsets, complete bikes include Title cockpit

  • Rear wheel spacing: 148x12mm spacing, 12x1.5mm axle included

  • Seatpost size: 30.9mm, clamp included and completes ship with Oneup dropper post

  • Brake Mount: IS rear brake mount, all bikes come with NSB 203mm post mount adapter and completes use Hayes Dominion A4 Brakes
