Designed and manufactured in Vancouver BC, the AC1 was purpose-built to handle the infamous North Shore.
Designing and building the AC1 in-house has allowed us to hone in on exactly what we feel a mountain bike should be. The first major design decision was building around a gearbox instead of a traditional derailleur system. The gearbox system allows us to build a more compact and simple package.

THE INNER WORKINGS
The AC1 features a 4-bar suspension layout with a patented i-Track idler pulley, maximizing pedaling efficiency while maintaining downhill performance.
Constructed from MS3 stainless steel, our frames offer exceptional strength and corrosion resistance, retaining their polished finish even after years of use. With thin-walled tubes tapering to substantial thickness at weld joints, our frames weigh as little as 8.6 lbs for the average rider.
Our modular shock plate system allows for adjustable travel and progression, catering to both trail and downhill riding on a single platform. Enduro bearings and IGUS bushings ensure smooth rotation at all joints, with replacements available directly through us.
Custom frame geometry is integral to delivering the optimal ride feel and fit, with a range of options available and further customization offered through consultation to ensure the perfect fit for every rider.
