AC1 Frame Kit – More Details

For riders who want to take on the build themselves, the AC1 Frame Kit gives you the same custom-tailored frame as our complete builds.

  • Frame tailoring: Each frame is built to your size and riding style

  • All three travel categories available: Trail (160mm), Enduro (170mm), or Downhill (200mm) platforms

  • Wheel setups: Full 29" or MX (29” front, 27.5” rear) wheels

  • Bearings & pivots: Enduro bearings in all pivots, IGUS bushings in seat stay pivots

  • Includes: Shock hardware, seat clamp, axle, Cane Creek Hellbender 70 headset, NSB brake mount adapter, and consultation to finalize geometry

  • Starting Geometry: The typical range that we work within, final numbers will be based on your consultation and parts spec

    • Reach: 430-530mm in 5mm increments

    • Headtube: 105-130mm long, 62-65 degrees

    • Chainstays: 460mm for 29”, 445 or 455mm for 27.5”

    • Seattube: 79-81 degrees

  • Lead time: Usually 10–16 weeks, consistently improving as we grow
