AC1 Frame Kit – More Details

For riders who want to take on the build themselves, the AC1 Frame Kit gives you the same custom-tailored frame as our complete builds.

  • Frame tailoring: Each AC1 is available with set sizing or custom geometry for an additional $1k

  • Bearings & pivots: Enduro bearings in all pivots, IGUS bushings in seat stay pivots

  • Includes: Shock hardware, seat clamp, axle, Cane Creek Hellbender 70 headset, NSB brake mount adapter

  • Lead time: Usually 10–16 weeks, consistently improving as we grow

  • Shock size: 230x57.5mm for 160mm travel, 230x65mm for 170mm travel, 250x75mm for 200mm travel

  • Headset: ZS44 upper / IS52 lower, frames ship with silver Cane Creek Hellbender 70 headsets

  • Rear wheel spacing: 148x12mm spacing, 12x1.5mm axle included

  • Seatpost size: 30.9mm, clamp included
